With effect from 12 noon on Wednesday 25th March 2020 it is with regret that we will be closing the site temporarily due to the Corona virus and the
guidance that we have received.
This is the first time the site will have been closed since we opened in 1981, so as you can imagine this was not an easy decision to make, but we know
its the right thing to do in the current climate.
The safety and well being of our customers is very important to us as many of you are now friends not just customers. We have to be a
bit selfish here too and remember that we ourselves are advancing in years and have to socially distance ourselves from others.
We intend to keep a close eye on things and take on board any government guidance we receive. We will therefore review our position
on the 1st May 2020. Therefore, with site will be CLOSED from 25th March and for the WHOLE of APRIL. Please check the website
or our Facebook page for further updates.
We will therefore not be taking any bookings until further notice so we would be grateful if you would not email at the current time.
Hope to see you on the other side of all this when we are back open again for business.
Stay safe everyone
Brian, Margaret & Richard
Situated on a landscaped and level site, Coombe Caravan Park offers some of the finest views in all of Wiltshire.
Brian and Margaret opened the site 38 years ago in 1981. They have developed a plain field to a beautifully landscaped site with hundreds of trees and shrubs, providing privacy and shielding. They both take pride in their stunning annual floral displays.
When you visit take time to admire the unusual containers found around the site. Brian plants over 7,500 bedding plants each year! This gives the park a well maintained and welcoming feel throughout. A playground and large open play area allows for children to mix for a game of basketball, football, cricket or outdoor table tennis for all ages.
There’s plenty of things to see and do with Salisbury cathedral and Stonehenge a short distance away, Just a four mile trip takes you into the historical town centre of Salisbury. Experiencing the great outdoors has never been so refined! We want you to be relaxed, comfortable and well-catered-for.
Well behaved dogs welcome!
